1. When to use this page

Use this page if you believe a gallery or content on Abistu is unlawful, violates your rights, violates another person's privacy, contains non-consensual material, involves minors in a harmful way, infringes intellectual property, or otherwise violates the Acceptable Use Policy.

2. What to include

  • The full Abistu gallery URL or other specific URL involved.
  • A clear explanation of what you believe is wrong and why.
  • Your name or organization, if relevant.
  • A contact email where Abistu can reach you.
  • Whether the report concerns copyright, privacy, non-consensual content, minors, harassment, unlawful content, or another issue.
  • Any supporting information that helps Abistu understand the report.

3. Where to send reports

Until a dedicated abuse form or abuse email is configured, send reports to info@abistu.com with the subject line: Abuse report — gallery URL.

Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in your report. Share only what is needed to understand and review the issue.

4. What Abistu may do

  • Review the report and request more information.
  • Temporarily disable public access to a gallery while reviewing the issue.
  • Remove content or keep access disabled if the report appears valid.
  • Reject or close a report if it is incomplete, abusive, or not substantiated.
  • Notify the account holder where appropriate.
  • Preserve limited records needed to handle the report, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

5. False or abusive reports

Do not submit false, misleading, repetitive, or abusive reports. Abistu may ignore or restrict abusive reporting behavior.

6. Emergency situations

If you believe there is immediate danger, exploitation of minors, serious crime, or another emergency, contact the appropriate authorities in addition to notifying Abistu.
