This document is written in a practical and conservative way and may be updated as Abistu develops.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed on Abistu. It helps protect users, gallery viewers, third parties, and the service.
2. User responsibility
You are responsible for the content you upload, store, share, or make available through Abistu, and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, consents, and lawful basis.
3. Prohibited content
- Unlawful content or content that encourages unlawful activity.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other third-party rights.
- Non-consensual intimate material or sexualized images shared without proper authority.
- Any sexual, exploitative, abusive, or harmful content involving minors.
- Doxxing, harassment, threats, stalking, or unlawful surveillance content.
- Malware, harmful files, hidden tracking tools, or content used to compromise systems.
- Confidential, regulated, medical, biometric, financial, professional, or sensitive material where you do not have the legal right and authority to process and share it.
- Content used for fraud, impersonation, deception, or abusive commercial activity.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Trying to bypass access controls, rate limits, security checks, or account restrictions.
- Using gallery links to mislead recipients about the source, purpose, or ownership of content.
- Uploading content for which you do not have the required rights, releases, or permissions.
- Interfering with the service, infrastructure, email systems, or other users.
- Using Abistu in a way that creates legal, security, reputational, or operational risk for the service or others.
5. Sensitive and regulated use
Abistu is a general private gallery and client selection tool. It is not designed to meet special legal, medical, evidentiary, archival, professional secrecy, or regulated-sector requirements unless separately agreed in writing.
You are responsible for assessing whether Abistu is appropriate for the type of content you upload and the people whose data may appear in it.
6. Enforcement
Abistu may remove content, disable gallery access, regenerate or disable links, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable measures where we believe this policy, the Terms, the law, or third-party rights may have been violated.
In urgent or serious cases, Abistu may act before completing a full review.
